Please do not attack Barack Houssein Obama....yet. Yes, we have the means and wherewithal to pummel him about the head and shoulders for the incendiary comments of his 20 year spiritual mentor. We should have the strategic mindset to understand that it would be a mistake to do so right now.
Obama has control of the black Democrat vote. They will more than likely follow him with little to no regard of what his pastor does or says. They are devoted to him. However, Obama holds another group of people that can be swayed or discouraged from voting. He has the youth vote. Now the youth vote, through the words of his "spiritual mentor" can be swayed to vote for Hillary or just plain not vote. Either way, Hillary wins the Democratic nomination.
So what does this have to do with Republicans pounding this home? Blame. If Republicans hammer this home it will be the fault of the GOP. The big evil war machine will be to blame once again and people will flock to Hillary. However, if we let Hillary take on the responsibility of full assault the GOP will be free and clear. The black vote will become disenfranchised by Hillary and will either not vote or vote Republican.
So, to clarify, let Hillary soil herself with the dirty work of destroying Obama and let the GOP remain the clean alternative.

My take is that Obama will get the Democratic nomination, and that McCain will avoid racial politics in the general election. The issue of GDA isn’t over yet, however. Those who support Obama will continue to do so. Those who support McCain will continue to do that. The issue of racist theology will be resolved when moderates move one way or the other, and many of these won’t finally decide Obama’s credibility until November. I am not a bookie, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Thanks Mustang! I've been blog-tardy this week. After Obama's speech I'm just too mad to post something coherent. It made me want to kick puppies.
Race isn't the Issue at all.
Billobama Engels Marx Hussein Klinton are a collectivist, and to quote my friend and WWII vet:
"collectivism is the enemy of all free men" Lt. Buck Compton
Buck was written about in the book A Band of Brothers, and he is publishing his own book in June or July this year. Look For it.
I like your site, Pop's kid!

I sorta dropped into seclusion until after Hillary and Barack have thoroughly pummeled each other. We don't have a current focus so I'm just sitting in the corner, sucking my thumb, rocking back and forth, trying not to rip people to shreds.
Both Hillary and Obama are bad for America and the concepts she stands for. McCain isn't too horribly better, but he does have a few redeeming qualities.
I'm waiting until D-Day.
